Procedure of chalk maker:
1. Lubricating the moulds with oil uniformly. 2. Supplying water: step on the supplying switch,then the water in the pail can be auto-matic put into the agitation vat. 3. Pouring gypsum powders. Putting the quantitative gypsum powders into the agitation vat and close the cover. 4. Mixing the material. Switch on the power switch and mix materials about 10-20 seconds. 5. Filling the moulds. Open the switch in the bottom of the agitation vat and then make the materials pour into the mould. 6. Pushing out the chalks. Turn the mould in reverse and put the tray into the mould, then rotate the ejection structure to push-out the chalks.
Future of chalk maker:
1. Use mold to produce chalk , easy operate but with high capacity.
2. The newly-produced chalk is smooth and nice-looking
3. One pattern can contain 400 pieces of chalks.
4. The packing should be completed by handwork.
5. The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape.
6. Low investment projects.
