The NEJE 4 Max laser engraver is fully upgraded.Electric Z-axis with high precision is added, which can load up to 1kg and travel 45mm. It realize high-precision repositioning with the accuracy of 0.001 mm. In the lightburn software, the focus distance of each layer can be set automatically, and the thicker material can be cut efficiently through the control of the Z-axis.
High Power Zoom Laser Module:
Hybrid compression technology makes the focal point of NEJE E80 0.1x0.1mm, and the power density reaches 2400W/mm², Compared with 40W module,power density:1777W/mm² (0.15x0.15mm,8xLD,Current highest power) , the performance of E80 is 35% higher than the 40W module. Due to the extremely strong power density and optical design, NEJE E80 has more excellent performance when the power is halved. Compared with other 20W modules, NEJE E80 has great advantages in terms of lifespan and performance.
Industrial Track:
The upgraded NEJE 4 Max laser engraver for wood and metal is equipped with an industrial-grade maintainable track.The service life is up to 20,000 hours. The mechanical precision reaches 0.01 mm.
Four-Axis Control System:
NEJE Max 4 is the first laser engraving machine on the market that can realize 4-axis collaborating. Through the collaborating of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and A-axis, it can automatically complete more precise processes. Through expandable functions, the machine can automatically complete M7, M8 auto smoke discharging, air assist, door safety functions and visual positioning functions, and perfectly integrated with various extended functions of lightburn.

Fire prevention design

The ignition of high-power modules is a safety issue that cannot be ignored. Manufacturing a truly safe module is the bottom line for NEJE.Due to the large focus and angle and through Z-axis linkage, verticality and efficiency aresignificantly improved. E80 only has 2 beams of light hitting the wall, while the other 20W has 4 beams. After a single overlap, the angle and focus will be repeatedly compressed to a smaller size.

E80 original laser module has a unique shading design, as it adopts a new and efficient heat dissipation structure design.
The new sliding up and down shading ring of E80 greatly enhances its appearance, making the overall appearance more technological. The new Max 4 machine has industrial-grade structural accuracy. All parts are calibrated by high-precision industrial master machine, linear track correction, and the installation direction of each plane is precisely matched, making the operation of the module more accurate and stable.
X, Y, and Z axis are equipped with limit switches,the repositioning accuracy after homing for X,Y axis is 0.01mm,for Z axis,it's 0.001mm.


Wirelessly Manage & Fully Automatic

Through the combination of NEJE and lightburn application mode, one laptop can manage an unlimited number of NEJE devices wirelessly. When you expand your production scale, it greatly reduces management costs.
The NEJE Max 4 also supports M8, M7, and Door expansion functions. Through expansion, it is easy to build fully automatic air assist, smoke exhaust, cooling, lighting, smoke detection, safety doors, visual and other functions.

Drawing Pen / Blade
With blade, materials such as 1mm thick foam board and vinyl can be easily cut with lightburn. The NEJE Max 4 Z-axis sensor has a
0.001mm reset repetitive positioning accuracy and a precise CNC support platform. NEJE
provides blade and cutting pads for auxiliary cutting.
The drawing pen is included in the package.It
can also draw paths with the drawing pen, and preprocess advertising materials that cannot be processed by laser wavelength.

The focus of the E80 module can cut 0.1mm thick stainless steel plates easilyat a speed of 300mm/min. Perhaps you rarely cut metal materials, but due to this characteristic of the E80, its grayscale and color carving effects on metal will be more exquisite and impressive. For high-density fiberboard, E80 has stronger cutting ability, plywood are great as well.
