Our Procedures: In 2 working days after sight of customer artworks, we would try laser engraving samples; specially anodized samples can be prepared in 2-3 days.

QC and Refund:We perform careful QC on each and every part, to ensure it well performs as expected. For each possible defective product, we would Fed-Ex replacements at our own cost to any global address in couple of days.

Sampling Policy:Normally we provide free samples, but at receiver's transport cost.

Assistance in new designs development:Based on customer written descriptions, sketches, or drawings, we would prepare 3D drawings in 5 days, and work out 3D printed or machined prototypes in 3 days to help customer finalize designs.Normally formal molds can be done in 25 days for plastic injection, 10-15 days for aluminum extrusion and 10 days for metal punch or zinc alloy die casting.

Products Decorations:silk print, heat transfer print, sublimation, water-transfer print, decal print, electroplating, electrophoresis, vacuum plating, painting, lacquering, hot plating, laser engrave, etch, punched characters and enamel.
