1. It is composed of furnace body, burner, secondary combustion chamber, tail combustion chamber, chimney, control box, blower, etc. 2. Control box: according to the different auxiliary fuel, the control box is divided into fuel wrf-u control box and gas wrf-q control box. 3. Burner: according to different fuels, ju-3 diesel burner and M-12 gas burner are used. Ju-u burner is machine pressure atomization burner. After rotating, the nozzle of burner is ejected from the middle hole at a high number to form atomization state. In rotary air mixed combustion, the air regulating valve of the required air volume is adjusted by the adjusting screw. 4. Secondary combustion chamber and tail combustion chamber: after the combustible gas released from the furnace heat enters the secondary combustion chamber, it is heated and heated up for re combustion, and the auxiliary air is added in the tail combustion chamber to ensure that the combustible gas can be separately burned and burnt out. 5. Intracranial temperature control: the temperature in the furnace is displayed by thermocouple indicator. The temperature control range can be determined by two pointer positions on the indicator, which can be generally adjusted between 400-900 ℃.

Operation process
1. Check whether there is debris in the incinerator chamber and clean it up;
2. Check whether the oil supply is normal and the output end of the oil tank is open;
3. Check all equipment lines to ensure normal power supply;
4. Ensure the water inflow is normal;
5. Put the crushed medical waste into the furnace, close the furnace door, and tighten the handwheel;
6. Startup process:
Step 1: Open the inlet valve and start the equipment after 3 minutes of normal water supply;
Step 2: Turn the draft fan knob to the open position;
Step 3: Turn the # 1 burner knob to the automatic position;
Step 4: Turn the # 2 burner knob to the open position, at which time the equipment enters normal operation.
7. Incinerate the garbage in the furnace and shut down the equipment after observing that there is no obvious fire or smoke
through the observation mouth;
8. Shutdown process:
Step 1: Turn the # 1 burner knob to the stop position;
Step 2: Turn the # 2 burner knob to the stop position;
Step 3: Turn the draft fan knob to the stop position;
Step 4: Cut off the main power supply of the equipment;
Step 5: Close the inlet valve.
9. After the ash is cooled, clean the ash out of the furnace
